Here at Richlea we have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 16 as Richlea Developments Ltd.

Over the years we have completed many projects including: foundations, crane foundations, CNC foundations, yards and hardstanding's, drainage, service ducting, tanks and bund walls, groundwork and reinforced concrete structures.

Starrag foundation, Newcastle

Since our early days we have come to specialise in heavy machinery foundations which are now 90% of our workload. Richlea's commitment to quality and service has resulted in many repeat contracts for our blue chip clients, so much so that we now operate a turnkey package with Starrag/Dorries Scharmann supplying a foundation when they have a machine to be installed.

We are able to run the project from beginning to end assisting with ground investigations, design and structural calculations, construction, steel fabrication including plates and covers, seal or paint on completion.

We regularly use Avie Engineering for our design and calculations and Spectra to advise on our health and safety and CDM.

In addition to our many years of experience we are registered with Chas and Safecontractor.

We believe our concrete contractor service is second to none and aim to cut your costs by utilising our expertise, experienced construction methods and highly competitive suppliers.
